All classes are 60 minutes except Express which are 45 mins. All equipment is provided.

Pregnancy Policy: Dayā Wellbeing offers specific prenatal yoga classes. Other classes are not appropriate for pregnant women to attend. This ensures not only the safety and wellbeing of mother and baby, but also that you receive the full benefits of a specifically tailored class and community. We thank you for respecting yourself, your baby and the teachers and other students by abiding by this policy.
The best way to get a feel for a class is to try it! Here’s a little description of what you can expect:
An ideal course for those new to yoga, coming back after a break or injury or those who want to brush up and refine their practice. You’ll build a rock solid foundation of mindful postures, alignment, breathing, relaxation, meditation and yoga philosophy.
Ride the wave of a class which gracefully guides you into and out of postures in a rhythmically flowing sequence synchronised with the breath. Learn to cultivate stillness in mind and motion, serenity in action, all whilst building flexibility, strength and ease. All levels welcome.
A 45 minute version of our Flow class.
Time to breathe, explore and embody the poses and practices of classical yoga, one practice or pose at a time. Offers a great grounding for beginners, and equally, a deeper exploration for more seasoned yogis. All levels welcome.
A 45 minute version of our Classic class.
Classic & Relax
Our Classic class incorporating a longer guided relaxation will leave you feeling deeply calm, relaxed, nurtured and revitalised. An ideal antidote to stress, anxiety, digestive problems, inflammatory conditions, pain and insomnia. All levels welcome.
Classic & Meditation Course
Our classic class with a long guided meditation (approx. 20-30 mins). The mindful movement, postures and breathing beautifully prepares the body-mind for seated meditation from the mindfulness and yogic traditions. Cultivate more calm, clarity, self-compassion and connection, whilst improving concentration and reducing stress! Suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
Effort less. Achieve more. This gentle class includes the support of comforting props to allow you to stay and enter a deep state of relaxation while the practice works for you. Experience deep opening whilst releasing chronic tightness, tensions and toxins on all layers of your being. Leave feeling truly nourished, nurtured and restored. Ideal antidote to stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia and for those returning from injury or post pregnancy.
Support yourself and your baby during this precious time with the multi dimensional benefits of yoga. The class is specifically tailored to mums-to-be to help strengthen, stretch and stabilise you on all levels with mindful movement, supported postures, breathwork, relaxation and meditation techniques for bump, birth and beyond. Connect with local mums to share the journey! Appropriate from 2nd Trimester on.
